Information we process

The app may process account information such as name, preferred display name, email address, profile photo, language preference, favorite recipes, shopping list items, recipe comments, user-submitted recipes, uploaded food images, and app usage preferences. Optional onboarding choices may include a general wellness goal, dietary preferences, disliked foods, preferred coaching style, custom diet-assistant and fitness-coach display names, and onboarding completion or skip status.

Health-related profile data is optional and is stored or used for personalization only after explicit health-data consent. Depending on the feature, this may include birth year, gender, height, weight, activity level, allergies, medications, health background notes, and weekly measurements. Existing data is not treated as consent merely because it was saved before this consent flow. Users can withdraw consent or delete the stored health profile and weekly measurements separately from deleting their account.

If you use nutrition or AI-assisted features, FitDish processes only the information needed to provide the feature you requested. A temporary energy or support-mode choice may be used for that request without being added to the persistent health profile. AI fitness requests may also process details you actively provide for that plan, such as fitness goal, level, workout place, equipment, days per week, average steps, and limitations. These features provide general wellness guidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment.

If you report an AI-generated output, the app stores the selected output, your report reason, the review status, and your account or guest identifier as needed for review. Fitness plan reports may also include an optional description. Reports do not copy your complete profile form.

How we use information

• To provide accounts, login, recipes, favorites, comments, shopping lists, and user recipe features.
• To personalize AI-supported diet guidance, recipe suggestions, nutrition estimates, and daily or weekly fitness plans according to the choices and consent you provide.
• To review user reports about AI-generated outputs and improve safety.
• To operate moderation, recipe or comment reports, user blocking, copyright reports, security checks, troubleshooting, and service improvements.
• To manage ad preferences, standard interstitial delivery, and premium or ad-free behavior when these features are enabled.

Third-party services

The app may use Google Sign-In, Google AdMob, OpenRouter or a similar configured third-party AI provider, nutrition data providers, and recipe data providers such as TheMealDB. When you request an AI-assisted feature, only the information needed for that feature may be sent to the configured AI provider; health-related profile data is included only when permitted by your health-data consent. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies when their features are used.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Health details, mood or support-mode choices, wellness goals, dietary preferences, disliked foods, coaching style, and custom assistant names are not sent to AdMob for advertising targeting. Ad-related requests use only the advertising and consent signals required to serve and measure ads. Other data may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the feature you request, comply with legal obligations, investigate abuse, or protect the service and users.

Security and retention

Production traffic is served over HTTPS. Account, recipe, and app data are retained while needed to provide the service, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, or maintain safety and integrity. Users may request deletion or correction by contacting support.

Children

The app is not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can review and remove it where required.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of health-data consent, or account closure by emailing aramis.855144@gmail.com. Signed-in users can delete their stored health profile and weekly measurements without closing the account, or delete the complete account from the profile screen.
